Windjammers Review
Windjammers, also known as Flying Power Disc in Japan, is a high-speed sports arcade game originally released by Data East on the Neo Geo arcade system inLater, it made its way to the Wii Virtual Console in Japan on June 22, 2010. Despite Data East's bankruptcy, the game's intellectual rights were acquired by Paon. Windjammers was eventually delisted from the Japanese Virtual Console for the Wii on December 24, 2013, becoming the only delisted Neo Geo game for the platform.
The gameplay of Windjammers resembles classics like Pong and air hockey, where players aim to score points by propelling a disc into the opponent's goal zone. Whether playing against the computer or engaging in a competitive 2-player mode, Windjammers promises fast-paced and engaging sports arcade action.
